1. What Solo AI Video is

Solo AI Video (solo-ai-video.com) is an online tool that generates short videos and images from your text descriptions and reference images, using third-party artificial intelligence models (including Google Veo, ByteDance Seedance, Kling, Wan, Hailuo, FLUX and others). The service is operated by Solo AI, Poland.

2. Accounts

You need an account to generate content. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity under your account. One person may hold one account; creating accounts to repeatedly claim free credits is not allowed and may lead to suspension.

3. Credits and payments

Generation consumes credits. Credits are granted with subscriptions (renewing monthly) or bought as one-time packs that do not expire. The credit cost of every generation is shown before you confirm it and depends on the model, resolution, duration and audio. Digital content starts being delivered immediately after you confirm a generation, therefore used credits are non-refundable — except where the generation fails due to our fault, in which case credits are automatically returned to your balance. Subscription renewals can be cancelled at any time in your Stripe customer portal; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund past periods.

4. Your content

You own the prompts you write and the videos and images you generate, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and display your content for the sole purpose of operating the service (storage, playback, download). You may delete your projects at any time.

5. AI content disclaimer

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, artefacts or unintended resemblances. Availability, quality and behaviour of models depend on third-party providers and may change. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing and for complying with third-party platform rules.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the service to create: content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, deceptive deepfakes of real people without consent, or content infringing third-party rights (copyright, trademark, publicity). We may suspend accounts that violate these rules or abuse the service (including automated free-credit farming).

7. Availability and changes

The service is provided "as is". The model lineup changes over time as newer versions are released and older ones are retired by providers. We may modify or discontinue features; material changes to these terms will be communicated in the product.

8. Law and contact

These terms are governed by Polish law, with courts of Poland having jurisdiction (consumers retain mandatory consumer protections, including EU rules). Questions: hello@solo-ai-video.com.
