1. Who we are

The data controller for Solo AI Video (solo-ai-video.com) is Solo AI, Poland. Contact: hello@solo-ai-video.com.

2. What we collect

Account data: e-mail address and authentication identifiers (via e-mail/password or Google sign-in). Content data: prompts, uploaded reference images, and generated videos/images. Service data: credit balance and transaction history, technical logs (IP address, user agent) kept for security. Payments are handled by Stripe — we never store your card details. At registration, we also record campaign UTM parameters supplied in the link, the referring domain and the public landing page to measure signup sources. This data is deleted with the account. Current-visit attribution uses no additional tracking cookies.

3. Processors we use

Hosting and database: Supabase (AWS, region us-east-1, USA). Payments: Stripe, Inc. AI generation: OpenRouter and its providers (Google, ByteDance, Kuaishou, Alibaba, MiniMax, xAI, Black Forest Labs) — prompts and reference images are processed by these providers to produce your content. These transfers outside the EEA are covered by standard contractual clauses.

4. Retention

Generated content is stored until you delete it or close your account. Orphaned upload files are removed automatically. Transaction records are kept as required by accounting law. You can delete projects yourself at any time; account deletion removes your profile, projects, chat history and images.

5. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, export and delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. Contact hello@solo-ai-video.com to exercise these rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Poland: UODO).

6. Cookies

Necessary cookies support sign-in and language preferences. The optional partner referral cookie is set only after you choose Remember referral. It expires with the referral window (30 days by default). You can remove it with Delete referral cookie in the referral notice, including on this page. Without consent, attribution uses current-visit memory.

7. Email updates

With your optional consent, we send Solo AI Video launch and product updates. We record your email address, language, date, consent wording and version, and any withdrawal. We use Resend to send these messages and provide it with the recipient address and message content. We store submission status in the app. You can withdraw consent in account settings or through the unsubscribe link in an email without affecting access to the app. Consent and sending records stored in the app are deleted with your account.

8. Partner referrals

When you register through a partner referral, we record the partner identifier and attribute eligible purchases and commissions to the partner. Referral records support affiliate accounting. After account deletion, settlement records remain without the customer account identifier. Remembering the referral for future visits is optional and requires the consent described in Cookies.

Affiliate applications contain your name, account-verified email, profile or website link and promotion plan. We use this information to review the partnership, record the decision and grant partner dashboard access. Applications, their review history and notification records are deleted with the account. Applying does not subscribe you to a newsletter. We notify the program owner of new applications. Decisions are emailed to your account address through Resend, which receives the recipient address and message content. We record sending status; these notifications do not require a newsletter subscription.
