1. Who we are

The data controller for Solo AI Video (solo-ai-video.com) is Solo AI, Poland. Contact: hello@solo-ai-video.com.

2. What we collect

Account data: e-mail address and authentication identifiers (via e-mail/password or Google sign-in). Content data: prompts, uploaded reference images, and generated videos/images. Service data: credit balance and transaction history, technical logs (IP address, user agent) kept for security. Payments are handled by Stripe — we never store your card details.

3. Processors we use

Hosting and database: Supabase (AWS, region us-east-1, USA). Payments: Stripe, Inc. AI generation: OpenRouter and its providers (Google, ByteDance, Kuaishou, Alibaba, MiniMax, xAI, Black Forest Labs) — prompts and reference images are processed by these providers to produce your content. These transfers outside the EEA are covered by standard contractual clauses.

4. Retention

Generated content is stored until you delete it or close your account. Orphaned upload files are removed automatically. Transaction records are kept as required by accounting law. You can delete projects yourself at any time; account deletion removes your profile, projects, chat history and images.

5. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, export and delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. Contact hello@solo-ai-video.com to exercise these rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Poland: UODO).

6. Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies: your session cookie and your language preference. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
